Carlos Trench
Drawing on nearly two decades in the global energy sector, Carlos combines a strong grasp of market dynamics with hands-on experience delivering complex, capital-intensive projects. He has lived and worked across Australia, Europe, South America and Asia-Pacific, bringing a practical understanding of how technical, financial and policy systems interact in different markets.
At Rivio, Carlos advises on the structuring of projects and investments that sit at the intersection of technology, infrastructure and capital. His approach blends analytical rigour with commercial pragmatism, connecting the strategic intent of boards and investors with the operational realities of development and delivery.
